Article 1 (Application)
These Terms govern use of SpeedLine Creator (the “Service”) provided by Taloworks (“we”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Article 2 (Service)
The Service generates focus-line style images for comics and animation. Features may change, be added, or discontinued without notice.
Article 3 (Permitted use)
- You may use the Service for personal or commercial projects.
- You may incorporate generated assets into works such as videos, ads, or print materials.
- You may not sell the generated assets themselves, whether modified or not, as standalone products.
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
- Violations of law or public order
- Infringement of our rights or third-party rights
- Interference with operation (excessive access, abusive operation, etc.)
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or exploitation of vulnerabilities
- Providing false information or other conduct we deem inappropriate
- Redistributing or selling generated assets as standalone products, with or without charge
Article 5 (Intellectual property)
Intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us or our licensors. Subject to law and third-party rights, rights to output you generate are yours.
Article 6 (Disclaimer of warranties)
The Service is provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Article 7 (Limitation of liability)
We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence. Consumer law may limit disclaimers where applicable.
Article 8 (Suspension and changes)
We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service without prior notice for maintenance, incidents, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
We may revise these Terms. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
